METHODS OF SHRINKING :
For shrinking shrink sleeve of any grade the following Heating systems can
be utilized.
1. Heating Tunnels
2. Hot Air Gun
3. Oven
4. Infra Red Light
5. Steam Nozzle
6. Boiled Water
General applications hot air gun and Heating tunnel are sufficient to
provide a rapid and
dependable heat source on application of heat using the above system. Heat shrinkable
sleeve
shrinks within seconds. Temperatures ranging from 100o C to 140o C could
be applied
depending on type of objects to be covered. Instance shrinking required
temperature between 150o to 175o for
3 to 5 minutes. Higher the temp. Lowest the time. |
